Beyond the usual finger-press or self-time the KIWIFOTOS custom made mechanical cable release adapter gives LEICA X2 camera users control of the shutter release. Made of black anodized alumium, the adapter use the camera’s hot shoe as a stable anchor to perfectly position the cable release point over the shutter button. It does not interfere with the On/Off lever or other vital camera controls, and focus acquisition by half-pressing the shutter using the cable release is perfectly controlled.

Mechanical cable is for additional purchase. You can purchase one from JJC (Length: 21.25inch / 54cm) or use one the length(s) you need or you already own. Not all cable releases are created identical-even if they all say STANDARD. Therefore, if you don’t already own a cable release, you might consider buy the adapter first to shop with.
