I brought this product 2 nos through e - bay online . Toady i got this. But both of this battery packs not working .there is no indication light illuminate while connect with canon 600 ex rt flash.can you describe how to use this properly . one more question can i store batteries in flash when ever i connect this flash battery pack. please answer me otherwise i want to return this item thanking you rajesh baburajesh babu

Hello, I bought this new to use in combination with Yongnuo YN560-III. When i tried a series of shots, recycling time between shots did not reduce (reains at approx. 3 seconds) and batteries inside the Yongnuo became extremly hot. Seems that the flash was not powered by the Battery Pack. When I plug the Battery Pack into the Yongnuo (without batteries inside the Yongnuo!) nothing is working, and also the Control LED at the Battery Pack remains dark and Yongnuo is not working. When I add batteries also to the Yongnuo, then the red LED turns on also in the Battery Pack. But seems not to work with them. Only Batteries iside the Yongnuo become hot, and no reduced chargin time between photos. When i try to measure the Voltage on the plug that is to be connected to the Yongnuo, there is no Voltage measurable (means no output?). Is something defekt ? Should I return the product to te dealer in Germany ? Regards Wilfried Wilfried Kuch
