Beyond the usual finger-press or self-time the KIWIFOTOS custom made mechanical cable release adapter gives Panasonic DMC-LX3, DMC-LX5, LEICA D-LUX4, D-LUX5 camera users control of the shutter release. Made of black anodized alumium, the adapter use the camera’s hot shoe as a stable anchor to perfectly position the cable release point over the shutter button. It does not interfere with the On/Off lever or other vital camera controls, and focus acquisition by half-pressing the shutter using the cable release is perfectly controlled.
