Thank you! Dear JJC, I have a Sony A7S, Is the trigger able to record video or does it only release the shutter to take a photo? Sonny JJC: Thank you for being interested in our product. Our HR does not support video record, it only supports the camera take photo. However, you can purchase our IS-S1 infared remote to to take video record. The detail link is:http://www.jjc.cc/index.php/Product/product_info/id/1083 Pity that this is not available in the Left handle model. This grip is really useful when using manual focus lenses (e.g. FD 200mm F2.8) on mirror-less (M43) cameras, the left hand supporting the camera and the heavy lens, and triggering the burst mode shooting. The right hand is used for the more delicate focusing operation. But now the left hand sits awkwardly because of the cable and may also set the lock button accidentally.ericnepean@teksavvy.com JJC: Have replyed you by the e-mail address you provided. After I updated the firmware of BMPCC, the HR-DV trigger doesn't make camera record anymore, what do I do? Thank youfrankchen22@qq.com JJC: Thank you for being interested in our product. I'd like to know after you updated the firmware of BMPCC, the shutter on the camera body works or not? Thank you for your reply. Hi, will this grip's shutter button work with a Sony A6000 camera? does it come with the cable? -Thanks!Jim JJC: Yes, you can combine this grip and a Cable-F2 to use on Sony A6000. The package of HR grip does not include this cable. However some reseller will combine the two products together for selling. The detail link is the following:
